HireCall is hiring an Assembler/Crimper
Responsibilities:
- Production/Assembly. Perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow standardized work instructions to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Inspect finished product for defects and ensure quality standards.
- Cross train with the other positions in the department. Tin Line, crimping, racking, soldering. Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
Requirements:
- Able to read a tape measure to the 1/8"
- Stong hand-eye coordination
- Standing for up to 10 hours per day
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Must pass safety sensitive drug test
- Submit to a Criminal/Federal background check
- HS/GED
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm (Fridays as needed)
Pay: $15-$16
