Are you seeking an awesome Customer Service role and have at least 3 years of administrative experience? If so, you may be just who we are looking for. If you have experience working at a glass or window company, even better. Looking for high energy, customer-oriented professionals that can work both office and retail.
Hours: 1st shift, 8am – 5pm
Pay: $17 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Showroom assistance-working with walk-in customers to fulfill glass/window needs
- Willingness and ability to learn full range of products to assist with purchasing decisions
- Compiles and records production data from customer orders, work tickets, production sheets, etc
- Maintain training records and safety files
- Assists management with administrative tasks and build reports, as requested
- Serves as the main point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence
- Data entry- promptly input employee absenteeism and disciplinary actions
- Document all rework and relays information to proper department
Qualifications:
- Must have strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills- friendly
- Ability to respond quickly and follow through on orders and instructions
- Must have great phone etiquette and ability to answer high volume calls
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent, technical school certification preferred
- Must be a positive team player with a solid work ethic and strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
