Material Handler – 2nd Shift
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
HireCall is currently hiring a Material Handler for a Tulsa-area manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift operator who is comfortable handling large, heavy steel materials in a tight production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a large forklift to move heavy sheets of steel throughout the facility.
- Transport materials to and from the plasma table and staging areas.
- Safely maneuver a large forklift in limited and tight spaces.
- Assist with material handling and staging as needed.
- Follow all facility safety procedures and training.
- Work safely around overhead cranes and heavy materials.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of forklift experience required.
- Must be comfortable operating a large forklift in a tight facility.
- Forklift certification is not required — certification will be provided in-house.
- Must have experience or familiarity with overhead crane usage.
- Must be comfortable handling and transporting heavy steel sheets.
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Dress Code & PPE
PPE will be provided by the client, including:
- Hearing protection
- Safety glasses
- Gloves
Associates must provide and wear:
- Long pants
- Steel-toe boots or composite-toe shoes
