HireCall is looking for a Material Handler - Shipping /Receiving that will work at our client's climate-controlled facility, where tight tolerance sheet metal products are produced. They accurately and swiftly perform stock-keeping functions for incoming and outgoing goods, including loading and unloading parts to and from machines, counting and stacking parts on pallets, moving pallets or carts between staging areas, packaging, assembly and stocking parts on shelves.
Essential Functions
- Perform stock-keeping functions for incoming goods, packaging, and inventory counting.
- Monitor printer for picking tickets to ensure orders are picked on time.
- Unpack and verify the receipt of all customer-returned goods.
- Support ongoing processes and operations.
- Perform weekly cycle counts.
- Unpack and verify by count and item identification the receipt of all goods delivered to Southern Specialties from vendors.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
Work Experience
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Know basic warehouse and inventory systems
- Know shop math
- Computer Proficiency

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30 Monday - Friday
Pay range: $17.64 - $18.52
