We're looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to provide customer service to visitors and assist staff in day to day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. (vacuum front office area, empty front office trash)
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
- Correspond Shipping via phone, e-mail, complete paperwork as required per outgoing shipment.
- Stock restrooms with toilet paper as needed.
Experience:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a front desk or similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality
- Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
